The Community of Health & Hope (CHH) is a non-profit organization based in Houston, Texas with plans to expand nationally in the years ahead. CHH’s mission is to serve the medical needs of uninsured and economically disadvantaged children and seniors – our nations most vulnerable populations.

As stated, CHH is planning to expand nationally; CHHs first mobile medical unit will be located in Houston Texas, then CHH will roll-out one in Dallas, Texas and then in other cities across the country thereafter. CHH has ten mobile health delivery locations scheduled for roll-out over the next few years. Such growth requires resources; more specifically, CHH needs $3,000,000 to purchase the mobile units necessary to deliver care across America.
