Patient Education

All patients will be educated by their treating physician, nurse educator, or other designated staff regarding their diagnosis. Some patients may be referred to other entities to more comprehensive education should the need arise.

Patients will have access to onboard educational materials as well as programs offered in their neighborhood. If there is a topic you are interested in hearing about have your school, church, community or civic center, etc. contact the Community of Health & Hope to schedule an educational session in your area.
